• Excellent book! Very quick read (or in my case, "listen" with the Audble add-on. Took me three commutes to finish). I think many people know what they need to do but struggle with the "how". This book clearly explains that. Along with this, I highly recommend the book/audiobook, You Were Born Rich by Bob Proctor (he mentions Your Invisible Power in it). I've read a lot of books on the subject but I feel Your Invisible Power and You Were Born Rich are two of the best ones!
  
  Note I must say that the book does dive into religion more than I thought it would. Doesn't bother me but may not be appropriate for others.
• 5 stars because this is the stuff beneath the stuff. It's the engine under the hood. It's the foundation beneath the house. Indeed, it is the food for our other than conscious mind (aka, subconscious) that determines the level of conscious success we experience. This book is not simply to be read. It must be studied with the goal of producing undeniable results. Up to the challenge? I AM!!!

• This is a very good book on the laws of attraction or the laws of belief which is all the "Secret" to everything. You could get it all from one sentence spoken in the Bible by the Creator of all things visible and invisible; The Lord Jesus Christ, who said; "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth"
  Unfortunately we have trouble believing it is that simple. This book puts the laws of faith into practical application and by argument and example helps convince the reader of this simple yet so difficult to believe law of the universe. Also can inexpensively get the audio upgrade to listen to at a reduced price.
• I bought the version with the Audible narration. Although I found the information in this book to be very interesting, it's one of those books that you might have to go through twice, just because it's very in depth and, at times, hard to grasp. My problem also might have been that I didn't actually read the book, I just listened to the Audible narration, which was horrendous in my opinion. This guy sounded like he was just reading the book to get the words out. There was no fluctuation in his voice. You can tell he didn't believe a word of what he was reading. There is a difference in just speaking words aloud and actually reading something to an audience. Apparently, this narrator doesn't know that.
• Genevieve Behrend is a pioneer in the field of "Mental Science", a "New Thought" discipline, that was founded by Thomas Troward.
  
  She mostly teachs visualization in this book, the premise that all that you visualize comes to being. I think she also does it well in this book. She is also mentioned in Rhonda Byrne's best seller, "The Secret".
  
  Because Behrend was broke, she claimed she used the technic of visualization to get the money that she needed to travel from the U.S. to England to study with him. She claims to have visualized every morning and night, that she was counting out twenty, one thousand dollar bills, buying the ticket, taking the ship across the sea, and becoming Troward's student.
  
  I like the older books on the subject, probably because I like the style of writing, and for this reason, I'm also sure that a lot of people aren't going to like this book. These folks find the style too archaic. I see this complaint a lot concerning older styles of writing.
  
  So if you don't mind a little bit of an old way of expression, I am sure you will enjoy this book. Besides, the price is right.
• This is the best book on Mental Science I have read so far. If you are lacking direction or are having trouble getting to the next step, please read this. It will help you go or get to whatever you desire. You have the power.
• This is by far one of the best Law of Attraction books that has ever been written. It is a classic in the area of manifestation and creative visualization. I cannot recall how many times I have read this book; it is very good! Long before all the popular teachers were talking about the power of intention and the Law of Attraction, Genevieve Behrend was writing about this creative power and teaching people how to use it. It's a shame that she did not write more books and leave the world with more treasures. I have won the lottery twice using the Law of Attraction, and would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in manifesting money and success through the Law of Attraction. The author is somewhat of a mystery because there is very little written about her and her life, but we do know that she was the personal pupil of Thomas Troward, and a fine writer and teacher of the Law of Attraction.
