I've never tried the Keto diet and bought this mainly for easy, low-carb recipes for my crockpot and it's exactly that. The recipes are simple but look so yummy. It's easy to read and straight to the point, perfect for choosing low-carb options! I just got into Keto but I am already bored of my typical recipes so this was a breath of fresh air!
- Like the Keto diet, these provide some quick and easy meals. The description of the diet highlights and the goal of the cookbook was good. Given the price, I did not expect a lot of color pages but it would have been nice to have some key pages with images of the top recipes.

Also the unique part of this book is the compilations of the all recipes. Very healthy, useful and well guided. - The book contains of educational part, which discusses keto diet by any stretch of the imagination, and furthermore it contains of bunch of various formulas of delightful solid nourishment. Utilizing tips from the book you will almost certainly shed pounds with no genuine challenges. All data is clear and sound, so the book is justifiable notwithstanding for tenderfoots. I am appreciative to the creator. Prescribed.
- All of the inside pages are color and look nice, including pictures, which are very helpful. The author has provided step by step instructions including the detail description of the ingredients while describing the recipes. I just want to put meals on the table for my family with little preparation and ordinary ingredients. Love the tons of recipes here and I also love the meal plans included in this book.
- I did notice that several ingredients were left off of the supply list at top but were mentioned in the instructions to add in. I just made my own notes to correct this, not a problem...but was surprised to notice this several times in this book. Oversights and mistakes? However, the recipes i chose to make, from this book, were very good!
